This has definitely helped me with my cycle!

This supplement is proving to be life changing for me. For the past 8 years I’ve struggled with PMDD, which is basically severe PMS once a month before my cycle. It has been a major cause of concern for me. I’ve tried changing all my personal care and household products to remove hormone disrupting ingredients. I’ve changed my diet and adopted other lifestyle changes and while all these things helped, nothing cured the PMDD I was experiencing. I hated that one a month I turned into someone I didn’t like and no matter how hard I tried I couldn’t seem to change it. But this month I went through my typical PMDD week and didn’t even realize it until I started my cycle. I also have struggled for several years with chronic fatigue, anxiety, depression and at times insomnia. Due to the chronic fatigue I started to live off of caffeine pills. I would take 50mg of caffeine first thing in the morning and anytime I felt the need for it the rest of the day. But caffeine also contributed to the anxiety and insomnia I experienced so I knew I needed to get off of it, but I just could not function without it. Since being on this supplement I wake up rested and alert each morning having slept through the night without waking at all. I go to sleep quickly and easily and have sustained energy all day without needing to take a stimulant. I get sleepy at night which I recognize as my body properly releasing the right amount of melatonin to help me go to sleep at a good time. I’ve also noticed significant improvement in my mental health. I don’t have to work hard to think positive thoughts and feel positive emotions. Or if I do think a negative thought I recognize it and rather than spiral with negative thoughts I’m able to replace it with a more helpful thought naturally. I’m seeing a shift in my emotions without having to exert so much effort to try and be positive and happy. It’s truly been an answer to my prayers after many, many years of struggling. I’m so thankful!

We started taking HMCTN to help curb cold, flu and (potentially) COVID symptoms. We feel that this helped us recover quicker and more effectively than store bought OTC medicines have in the past. This has been proven to us multiple times over the past year that we’ve been taking this supplement. Even while pregnant, my wife was able to get rid of a sore throat and cold symptoms in a matter of three days, which is tremendous considering she’s sick for a week or more when she gets colds while pregnant. I also have Celiac’s Disease, and I took HMCTN when I was recently exposed to gluten to help tone down the inflammation that occurs naturally from my body’s response to kill gluten. My symptoms in particular were more intense this time, but HMCTN helped me recover and get back to normal quicker!
